I have been living at the Addison for almost 5 months now! Had the pleasure of getting to know Amanda, Julius, and Crystal. They are all super friendly, helpful and amazing people. Quick to respond to any issues as well as the maintenance team. Very convenient location, safe, clean, and great community. The gym is always clean and never packed. The pool is also clean and a lovely place to hang out. Never had issues with receiving packages or mail delivered. The valet trash is also very convenient and makes life easy. There is also a very nice dog park and pool table inside of the office building. I would highly recommend Living here if you enjoy a comfortable quiet lifestyle
Wow! We had a scheduled tour and were greeted by the receptionist/tour guide with a very rude disposition. She proceeded to inform us that we needed to leave the front office while she gave a tour to a couple “because they got there first”. We proceeded to stand outside and waited patiently. As she was locking the door we kindly inquired if our tour appointment was successfully booked in the system. She nastily told us that “we could leave” if we had something to do but “we needed to wait because the couple got there first”. This is a huge red flag… if they treat potential future residents like this, it makes you wonder how they treat their residents. Good bye! Update: I recently called this apartment’s management per their request to share my experience. I left a voicemail with my contact information and have yet to receive a call back.
I I've lived here more than a year and won't recommend this apartment to anyone. I've experienced quite a number of disappointing experiences but followings are my major issues with this apartment. 1. Poor construction - No noise privacy 2. Poor management a. Poor maintenance - Community gate and Elevator b. Website - Resident portal and mobile web-page 3. Traffic Although it might seems like it has a good layout and design, its quality of construction material is quite poor that there is almost no noise privacy over walls and ceilings. This is the main reason. Their maintenance management is very poor. One day, elevator at my building went out of order and it was making constant beeping alert sound every 10 seconds for about 2 weeks but no one came to fix it. What's surprising is that it has happened another twice in a month and it still sometimes happens till now. Moreover, community gate that protect entire apartment community is broken and it's hasn't functioned from mid of May 2019 till now Jun 18th 2019. This is not a gated community but yet I'm still paying the same amount of the money. Lastly, this is just for your extra information not directly related to the apartment's problem but location isn't very good. Since, the apartment is located right next to exit to highway, traffic around this place is relatively more insane during rush hour time. this is not related to apartment but its location i
Moved in about a year ago. I was a little skeptical coming from a house to an apartment but it really feels like home to me. The layout of the apartment is really nice. The amenities is great! I have not had any problems reaching management. They are very professional, polite, and responsive. The grounds are well maintained and trash pick-up is like clock-work.
Overall, for the price we were paying it was worth it to live here. The apartments look really nice, but the walls are super thin. We did a thorough move out clean and weren’t charged for anything. The people at the front desk are nice, but sometimes are hard to reach. If you are okay with some occasional noise this place isn’t bad!
