SCAM They put their rental properties listed all over Zillow, Rently, etc. at a low price. Then you have to make an account to put in an application. Application is like $100-$150. And THEN you BID on the house for rent. So I put in an application and I see all these people on there bidding hundreds of more dollars than the original rental price listed. When did this become a thing?! This is a total scam and I hope this protects everyone out there trying to rent from these people. They take your money and then you get way out bid by everyone else. So basically PMI JCM is just out there collecting all these application fees by innocent people who have no idea this is how you operate. Yikes. BEWARE Also, I find it funny and interesting how there are clearly other renters who are unhappy with this company. But they try to buy or ask friends to give them good 5 star reviews to flush out the bad ones. Not happening. I spoke with this “Roland” character over the phone. He could care less on what I was saying.
Roland at PMI JCM Realty has definitely exceeded my expectations. He is by far the epitome of professionalism…… I initially reached out to my former realtor ( that’s also a property manager) that helped me purchase my first house while simultaneously reaching to other property management companies. Innately, I wanted to go along with my former realtor due to the familiarity but after asking all of my 101 questions maybe more I just felt more at peace with Roland’s genuineness, tenacity, patience, reassurance , and what I love most is that he was not pushy at all. Roland was very open and listened to me when other companies were reluctant to post my house for what I requested, conversely, Roland complied without hesitation and just explained the possible pros and cons. My house did rent immediately for about $700 more! Roland is very prompt with responding to situations (nope, you will not be ghosted, promise) as well. At the end of it all you get what you pay for, and I pay for a peace of mind and that’s exactly what Roland delivers.
First and foremost I am one to only leave a review for someone if I am extremely proud of the work they have done for me OR if I am extremely displeased of the outcome of work. I rent from an absentee owner who had hired Roland from PMI on November 30th, 2021. Initially Roland had my respect due to his responsiveness in a timely manner however, it was too good to be true as me, my spouse, and 3 children including a newborn (1/17/22) have had to endure the consequences from Roland’s negligent actions… In correlation to photos attached we have pending service requests dating back to December 23rd of a drywall repair in our kitchen over the sink that is still causing issues as of February 6th, 2022. I reiterated to Roland on January 31st, 2022 that again we’re having problems with the ceiling and that a piece of drywall had actually fallen on my newborn son’s chest while bathing him in the kitchen sink and Roland simply asked for proof. He had no sense of concern or urgency and still hasn’t contacted back on a resolution for this outstanding issue! Roland has fallen into a pattern to ignore emails and text messages from me as a tenant if it doesn’t involve monetary form in his favor or to voice his negative opinion which I find extremely unprofessional. We currently have 5 major to minor things that need to be taken care of for our family to reside comfortably including an electrical issue. For my family and I Roland from PMI JCM has been the WORST property management company I’ve ever dealt with. I only speak for my household it could be different for different tenants I just highly recommend as a tenant or owner you do your due diligence on these small companies to see if they fully meet your expectations.
