We were Impressed at 1st with Communication during process of getting rental BUT WOW what a Change once move in! You Try to contact and no one will get back to you on a Pressing Matter! I had a Concern on Miscommunication of partial rent due and they kept adding Fees without contacting and then when went to try pay it bumped fees again! Total Ripoff and when I had problems with Garage door they sent me a You Tube Video to try and its ungodly amount spend on Rent and also and tried telling us we owe monthly fee for Removable AC filter and had an Overgrown Palm needing cut ahead of moving in and said we were responsible! We Will Never Recommend This Property management group and sad was a good start but Blew it! We will NEVER RENT AGAIN from Anyone!!! Horrible how world is these days!

Managing a property sounds so easy, right. Right, until something goes wrong, especially when you’re a property owner who lives 2,800 miles away. We’ve owned our rental (retirement home someday) for ten years. Consequently, we want our home to be well-maintained until we’re ready to reoccupy. We also don’t want it to be a drain on our finances, so keeping it rented is priority #1! Well, HomeRiver Group, has really come through, easing the burden of managing our property from afar. Their Sarasota team – especially Audra, Samaria, Susette and David – have removed all the hassle and worry. From finding a qualified tenant to handling routine and even unexpected maintenance issues, they’ve made being a landlord easy. To the person, they respond to pretty much anything within 24-hours and they don’t mince words. They’re direct, get to-the-point, keep me up-to-date and are professional! They advise clients as to the best way and rate to approach a lease renewal, plus their fees are very reasonable. Owner draws are timely and their online owner’s portal is intuitive and easy-to-use. You cannot go wrong using HRG (especially their Tampa office) when choosing a firm to represent your property. A rare combination – property owner and tenants satisfied! If anyone can do it, they can and do!

I call and they never answer my phone calls. I’m a current customer renting my home. I would like as well when a work order is being at my home I want the maintenance to keep to provide me details that work order are properly done in my home. Not the vendor leaving an unfinished job and wanting to charger the whole fee. Not cool for the tenant or the landlord myself. When property managers you’re trying to call always go to voicemail and never answer. Sometimes I have to get through email not even that. That’s what am paying fir a service to have communication. Sometimes I have the tenant contact clearly the property manager is not doing its job by not answering . Clearly it’s a service an paying pretty much am functioning as a property manager. This will be last I year will be contracting these people.

Westchester Manor in Tampa Fl is managed by HomeRiver. Managed as in they collect the HOA cause they dont do anything else. The complex was affected by the past real estate market crash, but now there ks no excuse for the conditions since everyone is paying their HOA fee. Owners are wondering where that money is going. There is no maintenance what so ever. The complex is quiet and good people leave here, but it looks run down just because the HOA is not reinvesting the money. Four years full of promises.

I will be the first to admit that I had trepidation about a home management group for renting because I am so new to this but wow! HomeRiver Group has been amazing to work with. They helped me through the process every step of the way. They offer rapid communication through email, an online chat portal, and phone. Everyone I have worked with including Michael P, Bridgette D, Matthew M, Janaia H, Kristen J, Sterling B, and Ricardo dC have been wonderful to and very supportive. When my new rental property had some minor issues (as is normal when moving into an older home), they have been extremely responsive and helpful in setting up the appropriate service technicians to address any issues. I will admit I did find it strange not to speak to the actual owner, but I do appreciate the professional care that HomeRiver property management group provides. I know that I am in very good hands with HomeRiver.
