I have been dealing with State Farm for about the last year or so, Joyce Coleman's office has been awesome. Kathryn Jones is the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with, and has helped me with all of my insurance needs including auto, homeowners, life and banking. I have to say she has given the best advice on coverage that I never thought I needed. Nadean has also helped me with questions when Kathryn has been out, and has been able to pick up and know exactly how to help. What a great team!
Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I recently received a rate increase notice from my existing provider. I called around to check rates, and Kathryn was fantastic. Not only was she polite, professional and thorough, she was able to increase my coverage and decrease my rate substantially. I loved how she explained why I should have the additional coverage given my unique situation, and that she could provide it at a rate even lower than my current carrier. When choosing to do business with a company, it isn't always about the rate/cost, it's about service. In this case, I got both, and highly recommend others to contact Kathryn as well.
Kathryn is an ABSOLUTE rockstar to work with in Joyce's office. She knew exactly what I needed and had amazing suggestions if I wasn't sure. She was thorough and competent of her work.
