Been doing business here since I got my house with a pool and they have been servicing it since they are the best in my book they have the best of help and there people who come out to service your pool have the greatest respect for your needs and property and they are also very knowledgeable about what they do I don't have to do anything but enjoy my pool

I've been shopping here for years and the staff is always great. I do most of my own maintenance and am amazed that they always seem to have all the gaskets, etc I need. Also if you ask a question, they are glad to share their expertise.

Staff is always quick to respond to your house if needed. Staff is also attentive at the store and ready to help. Prices are ok but there are better. There are some other businesses that will give u lower prices on equipment installation. Shop around before making a commitment.

Gary and his team are the best. They have always found my hard to find parts for me. They figure out how to get me all the savings on liquid chlorine. IE...coupon usage and store discounts. Good people with obvious values. Thanks for servicing me in Temple Terrace for over 30 years.

I have been a client of this location since 1992. At that time, the store was owned by Mark. When he retired, Gary, the current owner, had been employed by Mark for a few years and he bought the store. He and his wife Tracy do an outstanding job "taking care of the customer". It is easy to see they focus on doing their best to make the experience a good one. Until recently, I did "everything" myself including major maintenance. As with boats, after some years, pool care becomes less than an enjoyable experience. I have Gary do regular service for the hardware. I think his rates are reasonable and he "knows his stuff". I installed a commercial filter, Co2, chlorine generator, Hayward Sense/Dispense electronics and he had no problem figuring it all out. I had a simple problem today and he only charged $25 for a visit and diagnostics.
