Olin Mott is a dependable and efficient shop for any and all of your auto needs. I needed two new special order tires that were put on quickly and reasonable priced. Mark and Yas are super nice and the customer service was amazing. They provided updates and you can see that everyone is working hard. I feel like I can trust my car in their more than capable hands. There's even free coffee (and it's fresh!) There is a small service fee for cards that is clearly labeled and seems to be an industry standard since the card companies charge fees to the businesses. If that is an issue, use cash instead ???? Would definitely recommend Olin Mott to friends and family! 10/10
Best service center! Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and polite staff. Great tires and oil change. The manager Darin will get all my future auto work.
After going here for many years I will not be coming back. When Yaz worked the counter everything was good. Now, they have some new guy who has no customer service skills. Won't acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Even when you say hello to him first. Instead he picks up the phone and won't look at you. Doesn't even make small talk with the customers who are waiting to be serviced. Just sits there on his phone watching videos of him racing people and talking with the mechanics about how bad he smoked those people. Even a 1 star rating is too much.
Went in for a rotate and balance and my vehicle was returned without the tires rotated. I asked Darin if the tires was rotated he said yes . I went outside to check and saw that they had Not been rotated. Then he explained that the technician did not te him they didn’t rotate the tire and he can see why because I needed a new tire on the front and it would not be safe to drive like that. I said ok well why did you charge me for something that i didn’t get. He said he charged me for balance. I told him that didn’t make sense because what I requested was balance after rotated. He then tells me he thought I wanted balance because of maintenance which is a lie because when I initially came into the shop he ask me if I had any issues with vibration from the tires I told him no. . My problem is that when the technician decided to not it would not be advisable to do the service I asked for. I should have been told what what going on and given the option of what I wanted to do. They charged me $91.99 for something I did Not need and did not refund my money . He said they don’t charge for rotation and asked me if I wanted to go ahead and rotate the tires. I said why would I rotate them after you just told me it’s not safe. I said if you had been honest with me I would have been purchasing two tires from you right now ..but instead I’m going to the shop down the street . They knew exactly what they were doing and did not want to lose out on the $91.99 by telling me that the service I needed wasn’t advisable. Darin You gave away a $600 sale to scam me for $91.99. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this Olin Mott.
I've taken two vehicles to this location. First experience was great, but the second one was a disaster. I took my F-150 in to get two TPMS sensors replaced. Somehow the store enabled the Ford MyKey admin settings during the process, and now my truck is limited to 80 mph. I brought the truck back in to have them fix the problem, but they were unable to do so. Darin, the store manager, took no responsibility for the issue and told me that the truck would have to go to Ford to fix the problem. No offer of a credit for services or a discount for future work for the inconvenience. I was quoted $400 to get a second key made at Ford which will allow me to remove the MyKey function.
