Brought my van in for tire change and tire rotation the job was completed in 1 hour and they called me to tell me I needed new brake pads on my vehicle with 33,000 miles. I doubted this and declined the service. When I picked up my van I noticed the tires had not been rotated as expected. I had taken a photo of tires and they had not been changed. So I wonder how they could tell me I needed brake pads when they had never removed any of the tires. Be careful of recommended services they call you and tell you you need. There were also black grease stains on my car floor mat .
drop my car off. wasn't sure of the quality of service before arriving. I've had disappointing experiences with mechanics in the area. but they were professional and deliver my car earlier. a misdiagnosis on my part. which meant that type of work was not needed. so instead, they performed the small repair, like a hose not being connected, with no charge. promptly called me with that observation. car was clean when I picked it up. reasonably priced.
