My family and I resided at their Belmont location and it was absolutely beautiful. What I’m most impressed with is the Tampa staff and how they handled our move out once we purchased our new home. The property managers Dana Richman and Irene Cardenas have both facilitated professional help with Brandywine Homes' contractors to fix my rented house needs in a timely basis and without question. I have had several things to be fixed over the course of 1.75 years of living here. Everything that I have made a maintenance request for has been fixed, and not with a fast, cheap fix, but by doing it right the first time. Here are 6 examples: 1. My sink was leaking underneath around the piping, so the contractor replaced all the piping and now it's sealed correctly. 2. My bathroom sink was draining very slowly, and the contractor professionally flushed the entire piping system to free up all clogs, which now the plumbing has been successful ever since for me. 3. My roof had a leak above the kitchen; the contractors replaced all roofing above that area. 4. Our deck had loose-ends when we first rented the place; the contractors screwed in all areas to make sure it was sturdy again. 5. There was an unsafe dying palm tree in my front lawn; the contractors of Brandywine Homes hired professional tree removers. They fully removed the palm tree and another tree in our backyard that was deemed an invasive species to Florida. 6. And my most recent request: my mailbox was not staying up straight and had loose connections; David A. from Brandywine Homes replaced the old mailbox and now I have a new one. I just mentioned several fixes that would have cost me (if I were the homeowner) over $2000 to $4000 in my time and labor. I am grateful that I chose Brandywine Homes even before knowing what the company was all about (excellent professional service). I was looking for affordable living, shopped around on Zillow primarily, and got lucky to have an owner of my rented house to be so diligent to my house's needs and exhibited so much professionalism. After applying for a home getting approved , but AMY refused to allow me to be able to rent this 4bedroom townhouse stating their policy does not permit my section8 voucher to rent a 4bedroom home with a 3 bedroom voucher. When I applied and was approved for the 4 bedroom. Currently homeless since 9/30 applied 10/11/22
