The front desk staff and managers are very friendly and welcoming. They reviewed my order and ensured I was getting everything I needed to optimize my tires. They changed all four of my tires within an hour which was more than I could ask. They discussed future maintenance of the tires and how I can best extend the life of the tires. The prices are also competitive so I felt like I was getting a good deal. I will definitely use them for all my upcoming maintenance needs. They are honest and invested in giving you the best experience.
So a brief update. They have not made the issue of the overcharge right with me and I haven't seen that anyone else has received any corrections for an overcharge. I was charged $99 for a brake bleed and $264 to tighten two brake lines that were replaced correctly that were easily reached from the top. $264 TO TIGHTEN TWO BRAKE LINES!!!!! Yes you are reading this correctly. Take my advise, go somewhere else. To the owner. The link that you're about to send me doesn't work so save it!
I’m so glad that I chose Midas Temple Terrace! Everyone working there is extremely professional, honest, and competent. My truck had brake fluid leaking out and also needed new tires. We were passing through Tampa while traveling back to Georgia and we ended up with a flat tire. Juan Morantes had us fixed up and on the road in around 30 minutes. The gentleman at the desk was so kind! He brought us some waters and made uplifting conversation during our mildly stressful situation. I didn’t catch his name but thanks guys for incredible service.
I have been coming to this location for years, and will not go anywhere else. The entire staff is always very helpful and friendly. Juan helped me out today and is very knowledgeable. He always ensures I leave with a safe vehicle and good overall experience! My car uses oil at an abnormal rate and he goes out of his way to make sure my sticker reflects that abnormality so I’m not constantly driving with no oil before I notice what has happened. Walked in to get an oil change and walked out in under 30 minutes, highly recommend!
