Went there 5/13/22 to get my screen fixed and change the backglass. They charged me $176 and didn't change the color of my glass. Also broke my speaker so I can only take calls on speaker. Ask them what there warranty covers before doing business.
Eddie was absolutely amazing, he cleaned, cleared and restored my phone. He went two steps further by educating me and assisting me with the operation of uploading my iCloud Memory…. I stopped by this store to replace my screen protector and the employee was super helpful and very kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants quick service and a brand new looking phone!
I took my phone to get the back replaced. Once I got it back the microphone no longer works, when it was working COMPLETELY FINE before i took it to them. I told them what happened and they refuse to fix the problem that THEY CAUSED! They want me to pay to fix the problem they caused! Not to mention different people are giving me different prices to fix it! One said $49 and the other said $89. DONT GO HERE! UPDATE: I took it to another location and was told that they snipped my microphone cord. I took it back and still was told that they couldnt do anything despite their 30 day policy. The disrespect and attitude of the supposed store manager is beyond TERRIBLE!
