Bought a flip house where someone created an open floor plan by taking out a supporting wall leaving the ceiling sagging. Greaves came in with the best price and the best solution for adding the support back to the area. Couldn't be more pleased with the work, crew, price and the fact they were so easy to work with. We hired Greaves Construction to separate a large upstairs loft area in our home into two rooms. To say we're pleased with their work is an understatement. The crew came on time and finished on schedule. The care with which they treated our home in the process was even more impressive. I can truly say they left our home immaculate. Finally, the quality of their work is unparalleled. Jon even built us a custom door that ended up looking better than what I was considering ordering when we first started planning the project. Greaves Construction completed a big renovation project on our 1950 Davis Island home which included the kitchen, all living areas, laundry room, master bed/bath and a garage addition. Jon and his team- Bernie, Will, Matt, John, Joe, Nick- all were courteous, focused on details, and took great care every step of the way. They dealt with everything as though they were dealing with their own homes. Jon provided creative solutions, helpful suggestions and alternatives. The craftsmanship was incredible and they did what they said they would do. We ended up with a beautiful “new” home and it’s everything we’d hoped for. We had a pipe break in the kitchen and decided to remodel. Will Greaves, and everyone involved in this 4 month project were phenomenal! The kitchen is magazine worthy! We removed half walls to create open concept in our Mid-Century Modern. Wow! And when we had minor issues two months later, they came immediately and took care of it! We LOVE Greaves!
