Grateful is the theme of the day!!! I cannot begin to express the gratitude and appreciation that I have for LaVon and her staff. When I tell you she did not skip a single detail. I am in awe ❤️❤️❤️ I tasked her with creating a graduation/birthday party for my daughter that would be unforgettable. She completely understood the assignment and then some!! Everything was perfect..the decor, table setting, treat cart, the customized items, the swag bags, the service, the attention to detail...I can't wait for our next event!!!
This truly was a great experience. From the beginning, La-Von made sure that she listened to everything that my 17 year old Goddaughter wanted for her graduation/18th bday party; making sure to hone in on what her expectations were. She was tasked with creating a red carpet, VIP event, complete with paparazzi. She did not disappoint ,to say that she understood the assignment, does not even begin to describe the magic that La-Von worked. She bought the vision to life and then some. There was the red carpet, treat table, a photo booth, a caricature artist, servers, and a VIP area. The entire team @ Crystal & Diamond Event Suite did an awesome job. There was attention paid to every detail. The decor was exceptional, the service was superb, and the experience was definitely unforgettable. Everything was done in a timely manner from planning to execution. We got the VIP experience from the first meeting and throughout the process. La-Von makes it her business to give everyone that first class experience. She makes it an easy and painless experience. You are not chasing her for updates, she sends reminders and to do lists; consistently staying one step ahead of you with where we are in the planning process.We look forward to having another event here in the future.
Crystal And Diamond Event Suites is in the perfect location. It's set back in Terrace Plaza and is in the best spot. The suite is very spacious and accommodating. The owners were quick to respond and we're always available if we had any questions. They helped us decorate for a 40th Surprise Birthday party. They did a wonderfully beautiful job! We loved it! La-Von was such a pleasure to work with and helped us stay on budget!
Definitely a 5 star recommendation! Crystal & Diamond Event Suites is a very beautiful event space in Temple Terrace. The owners are so pleasant and professional. La-Von was so helpful and helped us stay on budget. She helped us decorate the suite so beautifully! Her husband created this Wonderful balloon arch that was a masterpiece! Thank you for helping us plan and set up an amazing event for our surprise party!
I would like to give a huge thank you to La-Von. We contacted her at the last minute and she went well beyond and above to make my wife’s 60th birthday party a success. Her venue, Crystal and Diamond Event Suite is nice, clean and in a good central location. She listens to you and she also provides much needed helpful tips.
