Love love love Chrystal and her entire team. They make you feel like you are apart of a big family from the first appointment. This was my first experience getting a sew-in. Chrystal helped me pick out hair that matched my needs, want and more. She also got me my consultation appointment and hair install quickly. Chrystal never rushed me, she does a great job of making sure every customer receives her undivided attention. Veronica braided my hair down, consistently making sure I was comfortable. Chrystal took her time installing and perfecting my hair, she is truly an artist. I absolutely love my hair and cannot stop taking pictures. As this was my first experience Chrystal walked me through what I needed to do for maintenance, washing and what products to use. She also said if I had any questions, to just call. Oh wow, where do I begin???? Okay, 1st off I did not have an appointment, I called Mrs. Chrystal to ask questions about her relaxers. I have been natural for a little over two years & I was ready to relax my hair. She didn't have any appointments, but I literally begged her to squeeze me in because I had an interview the next day. And she did! When I got there the next morning I was her first and only customer. She literally changed her schedule around just for me. Her Salon is beautiful, clean, and everybody there is welcoming. Mrs. Chrystal is professional, very friendly and I will recommend her to anyone. I love my hair. It came out beautiful. I first went to Chrystal back in July. She did an AMAZING job!!! First if she listened to any concerns and questions I asked and answered them very honestly, professionally, and nicely. Chrystal is a 10/10 when it comes to communication! The second time, we did rows and it was done perfectly the way I wanted. When came time to remove the rows, we planned out what to do next and she was very understanding of scheduling and again very open! I 100% recommend Chrystal to anyone who wants amazing hair and excellent professional service!
Chrystal is an incredible stylist. My hair has never looked better since using products and services. I found her back in 2017 and she saved my natural hair. It went from being short damaged and broken to long luxurious and healthy. Book your appointments today yall
I came here for a sew in. I left a review on her Booksy page last night and this morning see that she is charging me for services that were “complimentary” - her words. It’s comical how she tried it but I will assure you I have proper documentation and will not be paying an additional $60 for your services. $275 for a “seamless” sew in where she used rubber bands to secure the ends and it was NOT seamless- in fact it was much like the traditional sew in. Braid pattern was nothing special to make it lay flat. Cutting wefts for what, didn’t help. She’s def overrated, maybe the guru for laces but if you want natural looks with leave out, not the place to go. Update: what didn’t I pay for? I paid for services before leaving the shop. No sure what you’re referring to? And you also recommended the cut and offered I hadn’t asked for that. The service was scheduled for 3 hrs and took 5 hrs.
