Don't set up direct deposit unless you like to wait to get your money at 9am instead of midnight or when it's pending in your account like most banks/credit unions, they make you wait until it's convenient for them to release YOUR money. Terrible customer service! Finding a new bank/credit union today! Tired of the UNRELIABILITY.
Really friendly and happy staff. It is nice to walking into facility were their problems do not become your and you leave in a uplifted mood. Alissa was super great. Not sure their names but her two coworkers were nice as well. The end of the day Normally brings out the moodiness is some people but all three of these ladies seemed like they just started the day ready to go. Trax in general has a nice staff but the Temple Terrace banch is amazing.
Alyssa & Angie are great tellers. When I visit Trax Credit Union Alyssa & Angie always great me with a smile and they are courteous. These (2) Tellers are always willing to assist me with any questions or concerns. I enjoy coming in to this Trax Credit Union and be greeted with a smile. Alyssa & Angie have very good customer service skills. I feel comfortable conducting business at this location.
