    If you’re looking for a personal trainer- Anthony is your man! From day 1, he worked with me to set goals I never thought I could accomplish. I was not only given workouts twice a week, but developed a foundation for weight training and cardio that I could take to the gym. Each day I learned something new, and my workout was tailored to my personal fitness goals challenging me to get stronger. Even with an unexpected foot injury that left me limited- Anthony created new workouts on the fly that kept me able to train while also letting my foot heal properly. I can say without hesitation that Anthony’s training has led me to a healthier lifestyle!

    Anthony got my wife and I into shape before our wedding and the feedback we got kept us coming back for YEARS! I can’t recommend him highly enough. He knows what to do and maximizes that knowledge to help each person achieve their goals. He is an amazing trainer and an even better person. Please consider him and his gym for any fitness needs, you will not be disappointed!

    Working with Anthony has a been a pleasure! There’s dedication, motivation, comfort, honesty and so much more put into every workout section. I’ve gained a terrific coach and also a friend who constantly keeps me pushing for more and a constant reminder of the things im capable of doing!! There’s always great energy, feels like working with family. I would definitely recommend Fit For Duty Tampa to anyone.

    As an older than average client, I appreciate that Anthony takes into consideration what areas of your fitness regimen need to be addressed, giving truly individualized workouts, not just one size fits all routines. He monitors your form and levels of exertion and checks with you before the workout and after to prevent aggravating any current aches or issues going on. He is genuinely concerned about you as a person and is encouraging and positive. He still has you put in the work, but has become more than my trainer, he is also a great friend.
