I should have driven my child to a different school like we had originally thought of doing. The teachers do not care about their students, and don't keep you updated on anything the students are doing in class. Our daughter was well behaved, polite, and did very well in school before she started going here and now she is slipping. I will be glad to be rid of it next year. The front office is no better.
One of the best schools in the district! Teachers and staff are very friendly and caring. My son was struggling in a different school until we came to Lewis - now he's on the road to success! Couldn't be any happier with all the ways Mrs. Arce has come up with to help him. Thank you, Lewis!
The teachers and staff are very friendly but let's be honest it's a C school AGAIN. I rather have mean n strict teacher teaching but great results then friendly n jus passing. Hope they do better this year because my daughter takes the Fcat.
Absolutely love this school....both my boys have been there since kindergarden. I moved and had to place them in another school and after 3 weeks of being there i knew i had to get my kids back at Lewis. And I did. The teachers there care and are awsome, wouldn't have them go any where else :)
My daughter shyanne is in the 4th grade in the ese program. She started at Lewis 2 yrs ago and she has grown so much being in a school with teachers that truly care and that gives her challenges. Every child needs challenges and goals to grow and they are like a part of our family, it was the best decision I could ever make for an elementary school. She came from a school out in new tampa were they did most of everything for her now she is getting 100 on spelling testes. To the teachers and staff THANK YOU!!!!!!
