I first found Poison Ivy Ink on my explore page, something told me to give it a follow & the energy from the door was unmatched. My son was looking to have his first tattoo done & we felt it would be a good fit. Emaline handles herself professionally & is patient with explaining pieces. She'll even express if she feels a piece should be reconsidered especially because a tattoo is a serious commitment. My whole family has since gotten work from her & absolutely loves their pieces. Her shop is dope & it’s amazing what she’s doing and continues to do with her business.
I LOVE this place. I've gotten both a tattoo and piercing here. Kathy did my belly button piercing, even had power aid and lollipops for people if they had a hard time with the pain, which i did lol, and Angelina did my first tattoo and is doing my next one . The space is very peaceful. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and being there which makes the space feel welcoming and calm!
I’ve gotten a total of four piercings from Kathy and she is literally the sweetest piercer I’ve ever met. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made great conversation. I looked forward to seeing her every time I came in. She works quickly and efficiently and does a great job every time. She takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and feel okay, and she gives the best compliments! She has done my nose, belly button, tragus, and helix and I am completely happy with all of them! I very much recommend her to anyone looking to get a piercing, and the shop has great deals!!!
I got a piercing done by Kathy. With the way that she pierces, the piercing barely hurt. Kathy had the best bed side manners I’ve ever experienced. I get a little bit faint every time I get a piercing and she was so calm, patient and accommodating. The placement is also so good. She is literally the best piercer ever.
